Oppo — Mobile not working smoothly and hanging out some time.

I am purchased oppo R7 lite on
06/12/2015 from the day of purchased oppo R7 lite I facing problem in my phone its not working smoothly and hanging out some time.
I can't play games easily even some games are not opening like angry birds 2 games are not opening and mobile is switched off some time.
Its very disappointing with OPPO the brand name is so big but performance
Is very disappointing.
So please help me to solve the problem.
I want replace my phone or give me money back .
So please help me
I want to file the compliant against OPPO in consumer court' .
So please help me to fight against OPPO.
I am ready to pay fees .
