Oracle India/PF withdrawal — Linking PF Account to an existing UAN ID

I worked with Oracle Corp, Bangalore between June 2004 and Jan 2006. I am not able to link my PF Amount to my UAN ID.

Old PF Trust Account: ORACLE/EPF/7267
PF Account: KN/42357/4992
Employee ID: 6852

UAN:[protected]

I have tried to link several time but failed to link. Resolution Requested for the transfer of PF Amount to my current UAN. In the worst scenario, I might be fine to withdraw the amount. Kindly help.
