The company has a very bad policy in relation to its employees.They promised a salary of 4000 p.m during training and[protected] thereafter but giving only 4000 even after training.By the way training remained only for a week, made to sign a bond of 18 months and they have my original Certificates. Work pressure is beyond tolerance.Heavy work load with low salary realy unaccepted. Even leaving the company is not an option now because of my certificate. Hi every body No joining fresher, s and experience this company 1 months training but salary. After 1 month training completed your performance low again training period extended. so please this company seating.
