[Resolved] Orange Tours And Travels — my bus didn't pick me up

Pnr 11858934.. My registered phone number was out of service.. So i made it to the boarding point 1 hr prior to the boarding time and tried calling the number given in the messages sent to me.. It was switched off.. And when i finally called the customer care, he said the bus left.. Seriously, what is thr point of emergency no if switched off. I need refund.
