My 5 years Sovereign gold bond completed in Jan 2021 which was taken by me in Jan 2016.
I went to the home branch in January to collect my money and manger asked me to fill the form, i did the same then from that date to now(Almost August completed) went to bank many times but there is no answer for me from Bank mangers even they are saying that you will get Bond amount of todays rate not the rate of date of completion.

I deposited the cash in the atm Machine card less. Machine accepted the cash but didnt gave any receipt, also not showing ang credit in my account. All things done easily but at the end machine showed temporarily out of service....

I opened a savings account with your bank. While opening the account, I have mentioned that I want bank statements every month in due time. But I have never received the statements in time till today. I went to the concerned branch, where the bank official asked me to write an application requesting for issue of statements in time.

I am a working man and have other responsibilities too. I do not have time to come to the bank...
