Oriental Insurance Company — Claim for Policy 412200 | |||
Hi All, I was with Oriental Insurance (vehicles) over the last 15 years for my 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. And this was my first claim for my 4 wheeler where there were some damages on the bumper and left fender. The surveyor investigated the vehicle and said the fender would not be availed as there was found some damages which would have been there by the time I bought (I bought the used car from Ford plant. Its a testing vehicle but I am the first owner of it). If that's the case why should I have to pay the full premium while there was a part which does not include claim? The issue was escalated but there were none who responded me back. I was asking them for the soft copy from the surveyor but even after as many reminder mails and follow up calls there isn't any response. Please DO NOT go for any insurance with Oriental. I would say there customer service is VERY POOR and they customise everything. Was this information helpful? | |||
