Oriental Insurance Company — Complaint regarding delay to giving claim | |||
Respected Sir, I Mandhir singh S/O S.Chand singh, Residents of bank bazaar Raman mandi Distt.Bathinda Punjab. Last year in Jun/2014, I have purchase a Bumper to bumper full insurance, policy no. 233200/31/2015/1787 from your oriental insurance company for my new car Hyundai I20, Registered.no. PB03 AH 3657 Unfortunately my car was damaged in a accident in month of March/2015. Same day we had send damaged vehicle in Hyundai showroom Bathinda by towing. My claim is not given to me till now, 5-6months are gone, we are worried about it, interest burden by finance Co. also bearing by me. Many times I have visited in Bathinda oriental insurance branch, but always they said that "in one or two days your claim cheque is given to you, we have send your file in chandigarh branch" they also said "all surveys and documentations are completed".
