Oriental Insurance Company — Double payments of Motor Insurance Policy No. 261304/31/2015/1036 renewed on 09.06. 2015 | |||
I made payment of Rs.670/- through net-banking of PNB vide ref No. DPNB[protected]/[protected]/rene on 08.06.2015.for renewal of my policy No. 261304/31/2015/1036. My account was debited but the system shown an error. The policy could not be issued. I lodged the complaint to PNB on 08.06.2015 for refund of money vide Ref. ID [protected]. Next day I deposited cash Rs.670/- to OIC Ltd on 09.06.2015 at Kaithal branch for renewal of policy and got renewed on 09.06.2015. When I checked the status pf my complaint with PNB it showed the process completed. Hence for same single policy double payments were made to your Company.
