My husband was an employee of accenture india.
He had health insurance policy for himself, me and his parents from oriental via accenture.
Now he expired on november 2nd. And we did not know about these policies until now.
Got the information from the hr department so trying to check with the company to renew his parents policy. They say its more than 1 month so cant be renewed.
Please do understand that this is an unusual circumstance. And answering so bluntly has no meaning. Instead of trying to help us the call centre people are cutting the calls on us.
