Oriental Insurance Company — Non receipt of Id cards for pnb-oriental royal insurance | |||
Dear sir, We have taken pnb- oriental insurance Floater policy of Rs 5 lakhs from PNB Borivali west branch. This is our second year of policy. We have paid the renewal premium of Rs 6830. but still till date we have not receive the id card. Policy is taken in my father Name Urmila N pancholi and my mother name Urmila N pancholi. policy no is 131102/48/2015/5470. .policy period is 11/12/2014 to 10/12/2015. Please do the needful.
