I am Subal Chandra Sarkar, a retired person, I was associated with Oriental Insurance since 1983 and had regularly paid for my house/property insurance since then. Unfortunately a big theft took place in year 2009, which took away all my hard earned valuables and I was forced to start from scratch. I have timely submitted all require docs such as FIR copy, court order, application, receipts etc, but still have not received a single rupee against the claim. 5 year have passed by and i am still struggling to get my dues. I have made several verbal and official reminders at their local basirhat office and kolkatta office, but all proves to be invain I am very much disappointed after so much of tedious reminders and follow-ups with Oriental Insurance.Plz intervene and look into the matter.
