Hi This mail is regarding the medical insurance of my mother for which no one has bothered to reply for last 6.5 months (please refer to the trailing mails). I have been waiting for my mediclaim cheque for last 6 months but am very disappointed with the ignorant behavior of Oriental Insurance Company and its agents like Mr Naresh Oberoi ('nk.[protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in') who have been collecting premium from me for last 20 years. Suddenly, they all have gone dumb when it’s the time to pay the claim. Instead of giving us the clear status of our claim, Naresh Oberoi has been misguiding us about the proceedings and telling us that he is coordinating for the status which he had received long time back from the company. To my discontent, I registered a complaint with IRDA on grievance complaint cell (phone number –[protected] with token number[protected] on 30th December but even that was not able to get any reply from Oriental. As, I have mentioned I my previous mails that I have borrowed the money for the treatment of my mother, I need your help in getting the claim money recovered as many doctors have suggested us that this illness is covered under insurance claim and we must get this claim.
