Oriental Insurance Company — Refund of my policy pending from 5th of jan | |||||
I Renewed my Motor Vehicle Policy with the Oriental Insurance on 4th of Jan, However the money was deducted and no soft copy was sent to me, When I reached out to helpdesk they asked me to reach out to Baliram Arya on 6th Jan, After repeatedly following up everyday on the issue I still have no update from the team till 12th of Jan, Ajaya Kandpal(Customer Services Manager) replied on 12th to reach out to accounts team Mr. Nandakumaran( who does not even bother to reply or provide any update on the refund) Till date i have no update nor any response from the entire team. Which is the worst service ever seen by this organization. I have no hopes that there will ever be a refund or is this team a legitimate one. I call the toll free number everyday with no response even after half an hour.
