Orion Hyundai — third grade company/services / using my personal car for their work ; nobody taking action on this

This is the refernece with my car no hr26 db 1092, as i have given my car to reowned orion hyundai on dated 7/11/2017 for second service. It’s new vehicle and 100% under warranty.
And major complaints were as follows :-
1) central locking was not working at all
2) all tires were out of balance
3) clutch and race was not balanced
4) and normal service including alignment of the tires
5) there was heavy noise coming from left hand side tires and found that it’s coming from baring when car speed goes over 70+ or 80+

These were major problems in the car at the time of given car for service including complaints work. I informed advisor about all the mentioned complaints.

On dated 07.11.2017 i received my car back from the orion dealer sector 14- gurgaon and paid the bill for service + alignment of rs approx 1300/-
When i took drive next day i found that no work has been done except normal service from the service department; rest issues remained the same. And also ac was not working at all. That’s a plus problem they created after service.
I contacted advisor on call immediately and told him about the above mentioned complaints they asked me to have patience and asked for visit the service station with the car.
One of the authorised person (Don’t know his name) took test drive of the vehicle and found that complaints were genuine and has not been resolved till yet. He handed over this case to advisor mr. Manoj. Mr. Manoj noted down each and every complaint on his booklet.
He committed again you have to leave your car here and it will be done in day or two days time and will inform you on call respectively.
I didn’t get any updates regarding my car till 4 days and after 4 days i called up mr manoj then he told me madam i will get back to you very soon again he lost after made the commitment,
After about one week i received a call from manoj and asked me to picked the car from the service station.
At the time of delivery of the vehicle from service advisor manoj i asked him the complaints are resolved or not. He told me madam the complaints are resolved except tires issues.
For tire related you have to contact mr sarabjeet on [protected] on dated 19. Nov.2017
Because we checked that tires are 100% dry that’s why this kind of problem is coming up. And we can’t do anything, sarabjeet will arrange someone at your home address and it will be done for sure you plz don’t worry at all.
Since 7.11.2017 to till 19.11.2017 the car was in your center for complaints. And the strange part is nobody is qualified enough to repair the car.
On dated 19.11.2017 i contact mr sarabjeet, told him about the complaints related to tire.
His reply was madam i left that area you have to contact mr prathul chauhan on [protected].
I said ok thanks. I contacted mr prathul. That no was not working at all. I tried hard to contact him till 2 days it was coming switch off. Then i again contacted sarabjeet regarding this on 21.11.2017 his reply was oh ho madam actually uska ph kharab ho gya “” when sarabjeet knows that then why he did that no early. Anyways he provided another no again that same issue, no not reachable! I got mentally harassed. I contacted mr manoj immediately and told the scenario he told me madam oh ho i am connecting my senior manager plz tell him complete details again. I said ok, i explained to him also then he said madam plz wait i m giving you call back let me just contact with my senior, and will get back to you on your same no in an hour. On the other hand when i drove my vehicle towards my office on dated 19.11.2017 i found that same complaints are there, immediately parking. Sensors were on whole day, and even while parking the car it keep on ringing in the end i left my car unlock because no other optioned i had and then i contacted again manoj and his reply was again the same that will get back to you. I got annoyed and asked him what are you doing manoj why these complaints are remain same.
On dated 23.11.2017 he asked me to leave your car and will get it check again madam, no other option i did the same, left my car there, and keep on maintain by phone calls / messages
On dated 28.11.2017 other advisor contacted me named mahipal as mr manoj handed over my car case to mahipal.
Mahipal gave me assurance madam it will be recitified from our end please leave your car for the last time. Infact i noted down the major complaints on backside of the their company paper. I asked him to get it repair 100%. Don’t even think off returing me back if not repaired. He committed the same thing.
More than one week car was in service station for these major problems till dated _7/12/2017
Mahipal asked me to take the delivery of your car. He arranged someone and dropped my vehicle at my home address and finally i got my car back on dated _7/12/2017_.
After two days i drove my car and found the above mentioned problems were still the same the major was central locking and tires related.

On dated 11/12/2017 i contacted mahipal and told the problem with video recordings and he picked the vehicle from my home address by next day at around 12 pm.

When i contacted mahipal he said that madam we have changed the switch of the central locking system, and tires related i have sent a mail to our vendor and i am waiting for their reply
. Since then and till today dated 19.12.2017
My car is with mr mahipal.

Most importantly i found that petrol was not there at the time of delivery. When ever i left my vehicle in the station it was about 1500/- rs fuel was there but whenever i got back my vehicle fuel was not there infact that red lightning was blinking.
Last time i gave that complaint to the driver about the same. Hence he marked that in paper. But otherwise company people are became that much cheap and lootera. They are not even making their customer fool infact using customer vehicle for their perosnal needs.

I want a reply on my questions and are as follows :-
1) how much time you people will keep my car with you. When would i expect back or gift it to you people
2) when would i expect my car get repair 100%
3) why would customer suffers till approx 2 months without car,
4) why company hired such unprofessional unqualified employees when they can’t give justice to their job infact nobody is qualified enough for repair work of the vehicle

5) why company hire such vendors or outsourcing when even nobody listen and don’t have time to revert back to your serious and important mails and suppose if they will not give any reply till 6 months which means do i need to wait till next 6 months!

Bravo what a service from orion hyundai!
I have wasted my money and took unnecessarily stress just to bought this car. Indeed “kaabad”
To my prove my above mentioned complaints regarding vehicle no hr 26 db 1092
Either you can check company record, car is still with you at your service station and no updates from you people till date
And also i m attaching videos /chat messages /bills
I request you to please have a glance and sort it out on urgent basis with 100% resolve
