[Resolved]  Orissa Homes Pvt Ltd — Orissa Homes fraud flat booking

Hi, I have booked one 3 bhk flat in Royal Homes under Orissa homes pvt ltd on august 2012. Already i have given Rs. 18 lakhs amount to Orissa Homes till now ( Rs. 12 lakhs 60 thousand through UCO bank, Khurda branch). After there is no response to my many calls, nobody is there in office at Nayapalli, BBSR i recently went to visit the place from pune (Currently i am living) on 28th august 2014. I came to know that Digdarshan Kanungo and Patra and their gurus all are arrested for involvement in chit fund case by CBI and their all Office, mobile, etc are seized. I went to Nayapalli police station to complain an affair, but the Inspector in charge told me that already case is going on agianst them. i will have to submit all proofs including agreement, receipts, letters at nayapalli police station. what I want how to get return my money or Orissa homes should give the timeline when to complete this building ASAP, which is earlier. as per agreement it is written that the flat possesion would be by August 2014, but there is so much progress as per schedule. the people working there are telling different stories. not getting clear picture from nobody. Now nobody is picking up the calls. Pls help me out.
