Sir, I am deposit my all billing with in time and also I have receipt but when I visit office to know my bill they ask me to give two months bill.
now they are not doing any adjustment in billing when my broadband is not working . from starting 6 month they adjust my bill according to uses of my broadband . if any external problem created and broadband goes offline then also bounded for pay billing but before they adjust bill according to offline of my broadband.

my ortel modem is ofline now for 4 days now. i have complaint before 3 days but my complaint has not been resolved.
