Ortel Communication — Regarding Poor Service & Bad Behaviour from ORTEL CC TEAM

Dear Sir, I am using ORTEL BROADBAND SERVICE from last 6 months. My customer ID is 1089792. Address : House no1, Fatak, Budharaja, Sambalpur, orissa. 768001. From the day 1 i am facing problem due to poor service from Ortel Side. On 9th of march 2015 i called Ortel Communication, sambalpur and told them my Internet connect connection is not working then they told me to call their Customer care no[protected] . I did the same and logged a complaint (complaint no: I1151961) . When i checked the dashboard today on 12.3.2015 the complaint is closed . I just want to ask them 1 thing, how could they close the complaint without confirming the same from customer. I am still facing the problem, their engineer has not visited my location to check connection till now . When i ask the same to their CC TEAM they are telling me to wait again after closing the complaint. Is this the process? is this customer service ??? Here in sambalpur ORTEL is only private ISP with huge nos of customers thatswhy they are ignoring the queries of customer and working with their own wish. Can i expect a better service from ortel team????? I tried to call their land line also ([protected]) but didnt get any response. Please look into the matter and take necessary step.
