I have complain regarding my net offline since 14-feb-16, repeatedly i am follow up for target dte of resolv my complain, but till now no solution done by their team.My complain no is-i1601264.They have no target date for resolve the complain of customer.When i was calling their answar was by today night or by tomorrow it will be rectified.

Till now my complain is not resolved.No phone calles and techician came for rectification.What is happening I could not understand
