I don't have Ortel Cable TV connection from last one month and when i am calling the Ortel customer care they are telling that it will be resolved tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.
We are unable to get any information from them. One month is not a less time that these problems can't be solved. Half of the time cable was disconnected automatically. If this will be continue further then we have to think for some other service provider.
