[Resolved] Ortel Communications — harassment and non activating internet connection | |||
I am writing this mail in complete distress with the service provided by ortel communication. 1. After applying and paying of amount on 2nd jan'18, i got the connection on 10th jan that is after lots false assurances and excuses. 2. Though more than 72hours passed my internet connection not working and since then i called up more than 100 times and all that in vain except some vague assurances that it will be done at earliest. 3. After writing to their appellate officer regarding this issue no resolution provided till now, rather they have harrassing me now more and misbehaving by their customer care executive.
