There is no satisfactory response from local dhama vihar, bhubaneswar unit.

I am regularly lodging a complaint since 08/10/2018. The technical person has never responded. But after 7 - 8 hours it is set right. Once after 24 hours it was resolved and tat to after 4 hours again out of service.
The response of call centre is not up to mark.
Once i asked for emil id to escalate the issue, the call centre man disconnected call.
Today there is no tv signal nor internet since morning. Tried four times in the morning but complaint was auto accepted by noon or later.
May i get the email id for needful updation of the problem?

While effecting payment on line on entering the membership no, it showed that the membership no is not valid.
On telephone to the agent, he also confirmed the membership number
Why such discrepancy ?
Please correct the & clarify the issue
