Ortel Communications — No Signal Issue

Sir my cust ID:[protected], there is no signal in our area since last 3 days but not a single one is there in ortel communication to solve the said issue.While contacting them every number of the office here at Puri, Odisha, even toll free customer care number also not responding.I just hate this type of company playing emotions of people.Request to take strong action against this type of mismanagement in service.
