Ortel Communications — not resolving complaint and disabled my connection

As i have a connection mem no 01403847 with 1 main and 2 additional. I m ringing to office since last almost 6-7 months to disconnect my 2 additional but they were not disconnecting and now asking for balance of those 2 additional also which i informed to disconnect. I have paid my main connection subcription still they disabled it when asked in customer care they were telling i have to deposite all amount else it will not be activated. So comply me why should i pay for those which i have not seen? Else disconnect it immidiately. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Without choosing any package for television, ortel has charged 260/-
It should have charged the minimum package as the choice was not given according to TRAI.

WE WILL PREFER OTHER COMMUNICATION SOON INSTEAD OF ORTEL AS ORTEL IS LOOTING CUSTOMERS.
AND ALSO THE PERSON COMING TO DOOR STEP WITH ORTEL BILL, HIS BEHAVIOR IS ALSO NOT GOOD
