We had given complains about ortel's negligence. From cyclone there is no signal. Also told them the problem is at set top box back side with the transmission cable connection. They told to send technician.
But without sending any one & with out rectifying the problem their customer care today saying "rectified". But they are not able to who was the technician, his contact & even when the time of rectify.
This clearly cheating as now they will start monthly fees.
