Dear friends,
I want to know If there are any other owners of OSB KOT RESIDENCY here. I went to check the status yesterday as on 29/11/14, There was an entry gate with street lights & few roads made, But it came to shock to me that on 80% of land of kot residency was getting used for Farming. As far I knew Kot residency was sold out & al owners got their land with registry & with all the paperwork. Then why their own land was used for farming. I even called Mr. Anil who is supposed to be a care taker there & when I asked him about this " He said we are only doing farming on land which has been not sold, But I could see farming going on almost all of Kot residency. Very disappointing !!want to take this further . Please do let me know if there is any other Kot residency owner here or guide me what should be the next step one can take.
