Osmania University — Delay in Issuance of Original Degree (Urgent Mode)

I applied for my Original Degree on the Osmania University portal on 23 June 2026 under Urgent Mode with Home Delivery. I paid ₹1, 000 for urgent processing and ₹200 for home delivery.

Despite the lapse of nearly one month, I have neither received my Original Degree nor any update regarding its dispatch or delivery. The purpose of paying the additional urgent processing fee has not been fulfilled.

I kindly request you to look into this matter, expedite the issuance and dispatch of my Original Degree, and provide the current status of my application.
