Osomwear — I have not received my prepaid t shirts

I had placed an order on jan 2, 2020 prepaid rs. 1798. I received an email from them confirming my order and saying that the tshirts are shipped. The tracking number for delivery couriers shows that they went repeatedly to pick up the packet but it was not ready at the seller. I have been contacting osom at their website, insta, mobile number given for whatsapp, with no response except once when they asked for the order number on insta messaging. I have given it to them. But there has been no response. Their ads keep coming every few hours on facebook. But there is no accountability.
