[Resolved]  DTC Bus — taken by internet form is not valid as said by clerk dt[protected]

sir,
i was standing in quea from 10am at the sindhya house dtc buspass office, when my number came, to see my dtc form and said that, this taken you by internet, front and back printed should have in two different froms , front portion , and back portion, should be in two pages, this is not justified qution i feel pl dt 1-5-2013 which cleark at the window, pl action againt him, its a harrashment of peoples .
