Myself Amit kumar Chauhan I have submitted my medical claim bill to ESI dispensary Pinjore (haryana) on july month 2011 and now after 1 year they send my cheque to dispensary but I could not collect my cheque from there due to no information about cheque coming. so Pinjore dispensary return my cheque to regeniol office ESIC sec.- 16, faridabad. then i have submitted a application for resend my medical cheque to Pinjore ESI dispensary. and now so many time I have contact to co-ordination branch ESIC faridabad but they are not responding to me. plz help me .
