The indus tower has installed a mobile tower under agreement dated15/11/2008 .The tower equipments completely burnt due to some electrical problem on may 2012 and become inoperative. They have taken 52200 Rs from me with the commitment of paying 5000000 Rs (50 Lakh) as the rent of 20years in advance... I want to make complaint about a fraud company (INDOOUS TOWER PVT LTD) which used the name of INDUS TOWER PVT LTD.
This company taken away 3000 rs from us by saying that they will provide us 250000 rs for giving them out plot to establish a tower.

i have one check provided by the company worth rs 40 lakh.
they people have taken 3000 rs money and after that they didn't take any action of their comittment.

We are resident of Parthbhoomi co.operative housing society Ltd,Plot No.101/H2/3,Chanod colony,GIDC vapi. We have observed that our builder has made agreement with Indus tower - a mobile tower company to install Mobile tower at our terrace and Indus tower has installed tower on terrace since 3 years.Our apartment has total 14 flats. We read lot articles on the harmful effect of radiation emitted from such tower on our health and it is advised not to install such tower in residential areas.Tower company hasn't taken any NOC from our apartment member regarding this. we are strongly objected to this work and urged the concerned dept to remove the tower from the building at the earliest for the sake of good health.

Hello,

i have been called for interview at Indus Towers,Gurgaon office two times. They said that you are shortlisted and called for so and so profile and both times i have been told that you are suitable candidate for profile .when candidate reaches there they make fun of them by asking very irrelevant questions and in the end they say you are not suitable.friends its a fraud company please do not entertain them if you got a call.They just call candidates to make fun of them .HR does not know anything when you ask him he simply say it was happened due to miscommunication

Cell phone tower in residential areaR espected Sir, I am hearing lot of articles about cell phone towers and its damage to health. There is a two cellphone tower in Bangalore in a residential locality. we hear lot of noise from the cell phone towers and people cant sleep due to this during night time also. Please keep my complaint secret. Dear Sir,

As you know that some towers and heavy weight instruments of your company have installed on the terrace of our Flat No. A/83, Agrasen Tower, Sahibaug, Ahmedabad.

I would like to inform you that due to your heavy weight instruments of towers we are facing so many problems like water linkages from ceiling, ceiling cracks and also we have great fear about collapse of the ceiling due to very heavy weight instruments installed on the terrace of our flat.

We have complained to your office regarding this matter several times but no action has been taken from your side.

in this regard you are requested to remove all the heavy weight instruments along with the towers immediately otherwise only and only your company will be responsible if any damages or casualty will take place due to collapse of ceiling.

We are resident of Sec 21, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. We have observed that Ashirbad Complex Society of Plot 180, Sec 21, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai & a 4 storey building has made agreement with Indus tower - a mobile tower company to istall Mobile tower at their terrace. We read lot articles on the harmful effect of radiation emitted from such tower on our health and it is advised not to install such tower in residential areas. We the residents of sector 21, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai strongly objected to this work and urged the concerned dept to remove the tower from the residential area at the earliest for the sake of good health. The said society or the company did not even take any NOC from the neighbouring societies as well.

We had made the agreement with Indus towers Ltd, for Airtel network Rs 2,500 per month. Later Vodafone network added in the Tower made a paper with the additional rental of Rs 1125 per month, the additional benefit will not received yet, While we contact the Customer care [protected] and booked a complaint no : 3871. But no response from them while we trace the call they are saying that vodafone paper agreement is not register so they will not provide the any more money. .

Please help me to get the rental for past 10 month.

Dear Sir,
In connection of the above captioned subject, it is to state that I am the licensors i.e. owner of Champdani Vodafone Site which has now been undertaken by your Company. I have been paid less monthly rent regularly from the month of August, 2009 since the sharring of Idea during August, 2009 and the sharring of Aircel during February, 2010 at the Site. The matter has been raised on various occasion to authorised representative of your company but all went in vain. After long pursuasion for reimbursement of the arrear monthly dues, a letter by the Estate Manager, Indus Kolkata for settlement of the issues was emailed (copy enclosed) to me on 29th August, 2011. It is pertinent to mention here that the outstanding rent pertains to sharring (Idea + Aircel) at the Champdani Vodafone during the period mentioned above. In this connection it is to state that the letter contains that all the arrear will be reimbused by 15th September, 2011 but it is very unfortunate to inform you that no payment with regard the above stated outstanding has been made by the company till date. Apart no payment regarding municipal tax reimbursement has been made.
It is further to state no steps were taken to execute the contract of the salary hike of the security personnel at the site. These above stated facts show lack of cooperation from your end. The matter has became so worsen that the representative of the Management are even ignoring the calls made by me in pursuance of the my outstanding claims. This is not expected from the management of Indus.

Dear Sir.

I have received a phone call[protected] from Mr. Sameer Sinha as on 28.05.2011 for Tower Install and he gives me an e-mail id for site details (email id # sameer.[protected]@yahoo.in) and I send all details through e-mail after on month dated 29.06.2011, he send agreement copy with International green card (ATTACHED) through Speed Post ( SP No# ED[protected]IN)...

I came to know about the indus towers and i hd filled the online form, after two to three months i had received a call from sameer sinha, he told me the steps of installing a tower, after few days from the call i got the letter, which was agreement letter, the letter was also enclosed with gren card. Then i called up on the given number he told me to get the activation of green card by deposting 5500 rs in their given account no. After few days the engineer of tata docomo called me and he told me to submitt the service tax amount (24000/-) in the same account no. i deposited that also. then sameer sinha again called me up and and asked me to deposit the advocate paper work fee which was 5000/- I have also done that.after month they called me again and asked for the company 2% which was 16000/- I also deposited that, another day they nobody called me and switced off thier number.

We have leased our society tarrece to indus tower and indus towers installed 2 TELECOM towers 1 is for VODAPHONE and other one is for AIRTEL since last 5 yers.
vodaphone agreement was expier on 31st december 2010 and airtel was on 31st march 2010.
Our agreement reneval case was handle by execative Mr.Amol Patil(mumbai branch) after so many follow up he submit row agreement to us in the month of february 2010 and commited with in week he will sing the agreement also he have arrenge one third party firm for regestration of agreement as per that we complete formalitise & submit agreement to Mr.Amol Patil. for regestration.
Since last 2 months we are chasing Mr.Amol Patil to complete the regestration formalities.Last week we called Mr.Nishant Ghia (are manager) he commited they have proceed the same but if regestation not happen in 2 days he personaly release the payment without regestration but Till date we have not getting any single responce from indus towers neither they are compliting regestration nor release the payment.
Now it's too late ......... Hope Indus Tower authoriesed will notice this grievence and make arrengement to release the payment.

i made an agreement with Indus towers. ltd. for installation of MW towers at my premises in july 2010. In this process WATEEN MOBILE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., NEW DELHI has done Site Acquisition work. the company has fixed monthly rental of Rs. 4550=00. But, from that date so far neither company has turned out to make tower at my premises nor monthly rental has been started so far. I frequently tried to make contact and several time send mail but, so far they are not taking this matter seriously.My monthly rental is also pending from last 9 months.
