Hi everyone, Myself Priti Lokhande from Mumbai,
I bought Cute RO water purifier from Rupali Industries around one year back for my home purpose as I am concerned about my family health.Its Mineral RO technology with Six stages Water Purificationis very impressive as it retains the essential mineral content in the water and gives a sweet taste in water.Besides that, it also fulfil its promise by giving mineral rich safe drinking water.
I have never faced any problems in its servicing and maintenance beacause Rupali Industries service people are very proactive in satisfying their customers.
I Suggest you to go for Cute RO or Swaraj RO water Purifiers its really very good for use.

I also totally agree, this product is a piece of , it doesnt perform at all and not as promised in the brochure. I purchased one and returned at the moment but they refused to buy back.

I totally agree. Rupali is third class brand. Please dnt even think to buy this product. Service is very poor. Even though you call several times for change no respose. Call center lady may be Rupali is not only cheater but dnt bother to listen customer problem. I dnt know how they got iso certification . In my case one of the cylinder which purifies water was not working and as a result we are getting carbon in water tank. WORST PRODUCT.

I totally dis-agree with your point. I had been using this machine since last 5 years and had done buy back once.
Their service is ossam. As well they deliver product on time.

Also its been wonderful experience while using this product.

I dont know about the product, but these people dont know how to communicate with the customer. When customer calls, instead of listening to the matter, these people simply start their own story and continuously talk. Finally they will, saying that the matter is discussed now, keep the phone down. I had got the water filter installed at my new home in Baner just a two weeks back. I dont stay there. So my requirement was that they tell me the time when the person would come to install. They told me 11.00 AM and the person does not come till 12.00 noon. The person who came did not know how to speak properly. He installed the equipment and after telling that keep the water flowing for some time and then use it, he left. Last weekedn when I again visited and started the water purified inflow, on the tank getting fully filled, it started over flowing. We complained to them. I had a very bad experience talking to one Mr. Rahul or Mr. Raut (Dont know he was not clear). He did not let me talk at all. As i got angry becaue he is not listening, he tells me that there is no point in becoming wild. He kept blabbering at the other end as to how they can do service only in 48 hours and how they are not obliged to hear us (customers) because they are not on customer payroll and that equipment is just Rs. 5000 etc.

I differ with one of the customer here who seems to mention that she is very satisifed and I feel that this comment is actually planted by someone in the company.

Please do not buy this company product. Also do not ever get trapped in the talks (and promises) that they do in the stall that they host in exibitions held in Pune.

Worst company and service. This Rahul Repale happens to be the owner I suppose and is ill-mouthed. This company has no service schedule. When you have trouble you have to call them up and then they will send their service person as per their convenience. The lady at the customer service is very rude and disconnects the call when you are speaking.

I called them up asking for cleaning of my machine and this lady told me that the service engineer will come by afternoon. The engineer did not turn up so I called them the next day and she said she will look into it. After some time the service engineer called me asking me bus route to come to my place. Since I dont use PMPML bus, I said that I did not know. I called up this Rahul guy and told him. He asked me to keep it simple and not make an issue out of small things. He was blunt with no remorse of whom he was speaking and what he was speaking.

I repent buying this product. I wish I would have spent 5-6K more and bought a reputed company purifier than this.

Please for heaven's sake stay away from this product.

I had purchased smart nova from rupali industries @5000. after one year its both filter need to be replaced. as i approached to branch their service was very poor and for a maintenance free product they asked me to pay 250 as a service charge totally disappointed service from rupali...need to improve...

I am really excited to write my first ever review of Cute RO. Actually this is the first time I am writing review on anything. I bought a water purifier from Rupali Industries Six months back I bought a Cute RO. I am happy with the Service it provides . And specially the Customer Care team they reach you within a single call. And it is a 6 stage purification like Ultra Violet Technology which Removes color and foul odor and makes water healthy to drink.

I am really happy of this product though it costed us a good amount unlike that of local products yet a good investment.

We brought Nova classic, with in two weeks of installing it started giving problem, calling customer care is as good as banging you head on stone, they don't have practice of giving complaint number nor they have patience to listen to caller, they have pre determined script which they go on saying irrespective what you say,
After a week technician visited but could do any thing, because of his incompetence and had no tool to open the machine, finally after going through horrible time the machine were repaired. Now within three weeks of last repair most of the machine are back to not working status.and i have been calling them since last 5 days, as i said earlier we are at their mercy now, so they making us run around, in fact my office has spoken to there head office, sent message to Miss Rupali, i suppose nothing works and once they sell they forget about customer.
We are, u see big organisation and we bought 15 machines, if we are treated like this, i suppose simple house hold customer has got no chance of being treated fairly
MY advice is Donot fall into trap of cheap, BARC techno.etc ok simply don't buy.

I have sent one email to [protected]@rupaliaqua.comn but as usual that mailbox is full. I have purchased one Rupali RO+ Sahyadri machine from IBO Dealer Pune representative Mr, . Balaji Jadhav ( [protected] & Mr, Ashok - [protected]) in the month of Feb 2016 (6 Feb 2016). I encountered with 4 issues with New RO Machine in one single month. First it was Filter Osier Issue, second it was Motor Issue third it was Outside Filter leakage Issue and today its water leakage issue inside Membrane and other pipes coming out of internal filters pipes & UV tube. I am fade up of this quality issue of your RO+ Product. Whenever I called up this dealer they never give, me on time service and today they spoke with me very rudely. I have paid money Rs. 14, 000/- cash and this is what service I am getting. I just believed on brand becoz of strong service & quality build but I doubt about quality and service support is worst,

When I spoke to your Pune office that lady told me that they are not responsible for service and I need to get service from Dealer only as I got machine from dealer. I got surprised to hear that company doesn't provide service support for dealer's customers. Its very frustrating experience with Rupali RO Product and I have provided this information to Sakal Media as well to publish so other customers can become aware of quality of this product and post sales service experience.

I am going to Consumer court as well to complaint about this to get my money back and return this product.
Its very worst and horrible product and top of that your service.
Just worst. I wasted my money on this product, Please don't waste your money.. other cheap product atleast go better for one year.

i have atleast 10 units with me and my family friends i totally disagree with the above comment if ant one as any doubt about the product i will personally solve it

if require you can take down my no on request i will take you to my friends place or you are always welcome to my place to see product quality

i always belive some people are never satisfied they just creep full time but for them i cant do any thing but if your going to buy water purifier simply go for it Quality Affordable price and satisfying service

i agree with mr bapat some people are really very difficult never satisfied and creep full there life.

i dont know that gayatri enterprises from sukrawar peth weather he have really purchased unit or just making false a ligation

why cant company file case of defame against such people i will definitely suggest to file case against such cheap publicity
