Outlook Magazine — The company expired my subscription before the promised due date

The date of my subscription was 04-Jun-2021 04:26:51. And I have paid for (Term: Outlook Traveller Print(1 year) at Rs. 1099). On 14-Mar-2022 I received a mail from the company saying my subscription is expired. I received only 8 magazines so far after much follow up for each month's issue.
They don't reply on e-mails and neither on calls.
