Overnite Courier — not dispatched my article

my i/pin & t/pin (AWB Number [protected]) on 13-FEB-2014) is not dispatched me yet when I have made contacted with overnite courier, they replied me your article has been returned because the address was not properly mention over envelop. sir My address is clearly mentioned over to said envelop according with the NSDL my address is : Smita jha C/o Asha choudhary D/O Rajendra Choudhary mahavir colony, Beur More, Anishabad, Patna (Bihar) mob no [protected] NSDL has confirmed me that your i/pin & t/pin (AWB Number [protected]) has not returned yet to nsdl. I am requesting to you that plz take some action
