[Resolved]  Overnite Express — [protected] : Packet not traceable and wrong commitment by the person

Dear Sir, We have given 1 pkt of ours to the company representative Sonu([protected]) who collected my packet from my house in Dwarka on Saturday[protected] and the pkt was supposed to get delivered on Monday but when the pkt never got delivered till Wednesday we contacted him and the person refused to answer my queries and never gave anyones contact details also and tried to be rude with us on phone... and gave us the contact number of call center we contacted call center from there also we could not get any satisfactory answer Today on Friday also the status of the packet is same and we are very scared about the packet as the value of the packet is around Rs.10000 Please help on priority, we need our pkt delivered or back to us on urgent basis and this is clear miss-communication at the end of that representative...
