I have sent courrier shipment from Jaipur to Delhi on[protected] and same reach Delhi on[protected] but not yet delivered. The AirWay Bill no is [protected]. I have made contact with CustomerCare at Jaipur but no satisfactory response given.The shipment contains important documents. The Overnite web shows the shipment is out for delivery since[protected]. I was supposed to receive by courier on 1/7/15 from Delhi. I haven't receive yet. I tried calling them up on every possible number, however the phone number are either switched off or not on use. I got a call on2/7/15 from over nite customer Care, May be they just wanted to know whether I have received or not. When I said I haven't, they said they will call me back, however, they didn't call me up nor they answer my call. M sorry to say this but first experience and worst service. No call no show...still waiting...this service is so frustrating...
