I have registered myself by paying Rs 750/- on 8th of August. They said that they have sent the project on 18th of August but I got it in hand only after a day (19th of August). I submitted the project on 25th. First of all there should be a proper communication and prior information about all the rules BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. till they receive the registration fee very veryy good level of communication will be there but once you pay the amount they will never reply to you!! They sent me only 20 pages but i have written the project for 176 pages and i have bought more than half of the material by myself. They did not send me proper material for me to finish it on time, i had to go get it from outside every single time. I have called to the customer support million times but there will be noo response...i have sat day and night to finish the project on time...they haven't given any proof of registration till today and i haven't signed up for anything till now...so this is legally wrong. Do they have any company policy?? Their terms and conditions must be made clear to everyone. They are doing a illegal business in the name of Oxford publication. I have explained everything to that person and they said we cannot consider anything. What nonsense is all this...if they need money they have a lot of other jobs out there, they can't follow cheap tricks to fool people around. I will take this legally and file a case against the fake Oxford publication if i don't get paid immediately for my work.

Updated by Sudha@123 my complaint is not resolved yet!! the customer support people stole my money. they got 750/- as refundable amount and they said they will pay only 400/- very very cheap tactics are being used. they say there is 6 days to finish the project but we only get 4 whole days to complete their project and the project they send us is practically not possible to finish it. this is how they fool people around. when i questioned them the are using ISO certification as their shield and that no one can do anything to them. i have raised complaint to them as well. people who are facing similar issues please do raise a complaint to ISO in their mail - [protected]@iso.org this is their mail and feel free to raise the complaint with all the necessary proofs so that you can save many people from getting affected.

Updated by Sudha@123 my compliant is not resolved yet!! the customer support people have their standard way of not replying to messages if they are out of answers. they don't even come forward to resolve the complaint, they take it in a easy way and say nobody cant do anything to their company. what this company is doing is very very wrong. they are not even genuine in their work. they are cheating a lot of people with their "oxford" name. initially they will say there will be no need to buy any materials from outside and that they will provide everything. but with the materials they send we cant even finish 3 pages of their project. they send pen which gets over before completing 2 pages for which they charge 750/- they don't even know the meaning of materials. i had to go get everything from store just in order to finish their project. but when they receive it they can easily throw it off. i have invested my money and time for that project which they threw it off easily.
i wonder how they even get approval in spite of having so many complaints against them. BAN THIS COMPANY!!!

Updated by Sudha@123 My complaint not resolved yet! The customer support people used abusive words and blocked me. No response at all. They haven't refunded my registration fee at all. They are very cheap and they are not even eligible to run a company. They were so rude and said even the court can't do anything to them. The money I paid was through my earning but now i have lost that too because of cheap companies like this. They can't even refund the money that they stole from me. Instead they talk in a very abusive way. I have attached some screenshots so that everybody will know the way they talk. They will block you if you ask for your own money!! Don't ever beleive these kind of companies. It such a scam! Be careful.
