we have made lease with them, after terminating the lease also they not provided the lease amount. also they have not provided the rent to owner.
THEY have many compliant and FIR registered, KINDLY REquest to reslove this and get us our lease amount. Thanks

As we got the multiple notice from the owner that you guys (OYO Space) would not pay the rent to the owner so he requested to terminate the lease and close the contract.
He sent Notice for termination and also eviction notice, he has informed us.
Even though you guys are not responding to emails, calls, or any other notice and also not paid the maintenance amount to the apartment, which is part of your responsibility as per our contract.
We are not interested in continuing the lease anymore even though we already communicated 3 months ago. Kindly send NEFT the lease amount (15 Lakhs) for further termination of the contract.
Strict Legal action will be taken if not responding to this email or communication.
