I had stayed at oyo life pun858, sanjay park, viman nagar, pune from january 2020 to march 2020, left the property on 17th march 2020. The security refund of 9000 inr was to be refunded within 15 days. But i didn't get the refund even after 1 whole month post which i made constant calls to the customer service to which they only said that within 2 weeks refund will be processed. Till this date i have not got a single penny of refund from them. Was this information helpful? |
