I had booked a room in hyderabad and was supposed to checkin on 18th march. I had paid the rent and security deposit in advance.
But due to lockdown in mumbai from 14th march, i was not able to travel to hyderabad and had raised a cancellation request at life. [protected]@oyorooms.com.
It's been more than a month now there is no response to my emails, noboby picks the calls.
My booking id 111364 and ticket number against cancellation request is 99353. Please help me in getting my refund.
