I have vacated the property on the 23rd of May 2022. It has been a month but still no update on the security deposit amount that was collected prior to occupation. Multiple employees of Oyo have assured refund within 10 days but no progress. The stay supervisor who is still listed on the app says he longer works for Oyo. The customer service has not responded to my calls or emails. The amount is not a small one and it cannot be let go. This is not an isolated incident as many have faced the same issue. Kind request to take up proper action against this company and assist me in getting back my money.
