I was staying with Oyo life property in Gurugram property no GRG1142 .Oyo has sent a mail to all tenants on June 24th to move to other place or other property of Oyo within 6 days.The suggestions Oyo given were not convenient to move .Despite of the trouble Oyo caused during COVID lockdown period and the termination from current property was not my voluntary decision, OYO is deducting charges from the security.Even after constant communication with oyo customer support the deposit is not received in my account.Oyo sent mail that they initiated payment on Aug 4th . I have never received this amount back.To verify the payment they are asking my bank statement and I do not want to share my statements with such unprofessional company.Asked for the Oyo transaction details and I haven’t received this transaction details yet.I want to complaint against Oyo for the inhuman behaviour during pandemic to female customer, irresponsible way of functioning by not refunding the amount even after 2months, Causing mental pressure and wasting my valuable time on this undefined refunding process.
