We booked hotel "Hotel Palm Retreat" on 30th Oct 2015 from Oyo Rooms for 6 people(3 couple) and 1 kid with booking id BOOKING NO-UATM8634 for Mussorie. Our check-in date was 31st Dec 2015 and checkout date was 2nd Jan 2016. But while we were on the way for mussorie we just called Hotel and confirmed our booking then he told us there was no booking by our name. Then we called oyo rooms and asked for our booking then they told me that there was some renovation going on in that hotel so they have shifted us to "Hotel The Pearl" which was almost half the price and standard where we originally booked and prior to that Oyo didn't bother to inform us about our booking status.
We were travelling with family and a 2 yrs old Kid and these shameless people were giving us lame excuses. Finally we were having no options left as we already were on the way. So we were bound to check-in to that hotel.
We checked into "Hotel The Pearl" where they were not having any facility as "Room Heater" "Electric Kettle" even when we asked for the same.
Even when we went to that hotel where we originally booked in mussorie then there was no renovation going on as Oyo lied to us to make money from others.
We want you to take action against them and refund our half the money as per the hotel they gave us finally.
Please take restrict action against them as we checked on even social sites and there are several cases like this.
This is how these cheats make money and make fool of their customers.
