30 days back i have booked a goa tour starting from 21st august 2019. I had cancelled the tour after two days due to some reasons. Although cancellation policy is written in invoice. You also agreed that most of the people did not see the cancellation policy. Last 28 days daily contacted your customer care or support team asking for my advance money, now today they are saying that no refund is possible. I have paid nearly rs.20000.00 money to oyo. Being a senior citizen this amount is very big for me.

Please help me regarding this.
As per oyo team no booking of hotel was done prior to cancellation.
Also as per oyo team hotels and cab return the money without penalty.
Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
