Oyo Total Holidays — unprofessional nature & extremely poor service

List of grievances:

1. No one replies to emails for good 3-4 working days.

2. No pick up details are shared before hand. I waited for 30 minutes at udaipur bus stand on last saturday in such freaking cold but no one came to pick. Also no one from oyo picked my calls. I went on my own (Attached is the ola bill)

3. I was promised early check in at hotel oyo vishala (Booking pnr jxna4728). No one bothered about that. I paid inr 300 and because of the extremely good management of the hotel, i got the room early otherwise because of travel managers like you, i would have to sleep on the footpath.

4. Blaming people from royal rajasthan agency (The cab driver's company) for not sending mr jitendra hasija on time. But please tell me how can mr hasija come to us at 8 am. When he has been messaged about the same only at 9. Clearly it's visible you guys are putting pressure on other companies for saving yourselves. Because of indecency & extremely unpolite behavior of oyo people, such nice person like mr hasija have to take the blame on their shoulders because they know that the customer comes first. Mr hasija was the only good thing that happened during my 4 day trip.

5. No ettiquites in communication. Firstly you guys don't message/mail the pick up details. I tried to chase you by 8 calls/1 email/4 text messages to which they reply "call the vendor". Is this the way you speak to your clients. I didn't knew this is the way to message your client. May be my expectations were too high.

6. When payment was not being made, shubham shrivastava used to call/ mail 3 times a day (During my booking period) after payment done, it got debited twice, then too no mail/message from your end. I chased kotak (My bank) and oyo and finally got the money back from your end only. After payment was done, no proper/prompt replies from your side.

7. Whosoever calls from your side, says the same thing we are sorry for the inconveniences and we are innocent as we have not booked the package. We are only here for feedback. I guess the culprit should be caught. Not all of you guys are innocent.

8. Paid for a volvo bus from udaipur to surat but got a normal sleeper bus of shreenath travelers. I was feeling helpless when the agent said this is your bus for return to surat.

Please understand i'm spending so much time in writing this, because i have suffered from the bad experience and not you. I deeply regret the bad service and experience from your end. Even if this mail doesn't matter to you, but i'm sure you will lose loyal clients like us because of your rough attitude.

Above is my email to which they have not responded till date. It's been 3 working days since i wrote them.
