I paid 20 lac to Oyster Living as booking amount for their residential project at Kandivali, Mumbai in 2016. As there was no work on site till 2019, I cancelled the investment with promise from them for refund of entire amount within next 36 weeks. Its been over 4 years I havent received single penny from them. Every time they give excuse and new date for the refund. I have lost all the hope and might go to the extreme stage where either they will get harm or myself. Was this information helpful? |
