The Pacific Holiday World is a fraud company, they lure customers by giving gift vouchers, and by showing their website on which they have displayed so many locations including domestic and international branded hotels, however in reality they do not provide services once you take their membership. Government of India should take some action against this company, as there are many many customers who have been fooled by them.

We paid close to 2.5 lakh rupees for the membership and now they straightaway deny the services.
Details: We took their membership on 28th April 2022, for 10 years and are paying EMIs till now (totalling upto 250000 rupees).
In the first year itself, when we tried to make a booking with them, there was a lot of to and fro of emails wherein most of the times they tried to either give us a very low quality hotel or not give us any option itself.
We have taken only 2 trips with them till date, one of which was a complimentary one (which they usually offer to all their customers to lure them to take their membership).
When we had booked our trip to Kerala, we had lot of email exchanges with them, as they were firstly not ready to give us options, then after lot of discussion when they gave us options, they kept changing the same every single day. Even when we finalized one of the hotels after so much struggle and they confirmed to us that its confirmed, they cancelled it the very next day saying that hotel is not available. Then again we had to spend so much time and effort to decide on another hotel.
When we tried to put a review on Google about them, they called us and threatened saying that if we do not remove our review, they will not book our hotels and they will also cancel our membership. In order to get the booking, we had to take down that review. They harassed us by calling multiple times and threatening us to remove the review as soon as possible.
Now again when we are trying to make a new reservation, they are not providing the service. Firstly, we needed to book a trip to Amritsar – they have come back saying that they have increased their AMC from 8300 to 10300 rupees (for which they say that as per agreement they can increase the same at any point of time without prior notification). Please note this is the first AMC which we were supposed to pay, out of the 10 years membership we have taken. That means, they increased in first time itself, plus they are not ready to explain the criteria of increasing the same. [Do they mean that tomorrow if they increase it to 20k or 30k, customer will have to pay without any questions]. Even in our profile although it is still showing the old AMC fee amount, they are saying that they have increased it.
Secondly, we requested them to share some options for US (New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles and Las Vegas). They have straightaway refused our request saying that they don’t have tie up with US hotels. This is the proof that they are a fraud company because on their website each one of the above mentioned city is displayed with tie up hotels including Hilton, Holiday Inn etc. This either mean that they have listed all the locations on their website just to attract and fool customers or it means that they have tie up but they are not willing to provide the service.
This is our hard-earned money, and companies like this should be severely punished by the Government. We request that our money should be refunded, and people running this company should get punished for the mental harassment and the financial fraud they do with their customers.
We are really frustrated and need Government’s intervention here.
