Sharing my Experience In Democratic Country: Booked my Membership, on 4thJune-2023, by Vishu Sharma most bad luck day, Even after giving my family member details(4 members) I will put photo of application also they have given me T1, (it means only 2 adults and child under 6 yrs allowed) does that mean I will throw my kids out or not take them to vacation or they have pre decided plan at that time that when customer will ask for family booking we can charge them extra money as we have given him T1 .
I requested them to cancel my membership Immediately in welcome call saying difficult to trust as nothing is aligned agreement and sales pitch, They say they can not refund, and then told me to give them a chance to serve, I some how thought let give them a chance, then mutually after discussion the plan demoted to 3 years 85K+15K AMC from earlier 10years, before availing Holiday this guy(Vishu) was prompt and regular in responding, and says no issue I will book 200%, but when the chance of booking came no response and then after so much of call they give me locations on 17th day( oct 1 requested, received on 17th Oct) also which is not as per my locality request very very outside the city( and note nothing from the hotels from website), but the pain not stopped here, I said this is also fine, I can compromise on it, but then they come up with this bill asking me to pay 15K for AMC which is agreed as per agreement+ 15K Breakfast for 5 days, what a joke 3200 for 2 adults and 2kids i, e 3000 for just breakfast per day . when I said I dont want the breakfast and its optional service as per the hotel also, PHW said " no you have to take it, its mandatory and as per agreement between hotel and PHW -b2b agreement "
In their agreement PHW- b2c nothing mentioned about the breakfast charge I requested I didn't signed any clause regarding Breakfast, where they clearly mentions no charges other then AMC, I have the mail also from hotel where they mention the charge is 400 per room and also its optional, PHW just ignore it .
Seeing all this I send couple of reminders to Cancel my membership and refund my hard earned money, but no positive response, all illogical excuses, I have multiple complains also received from customers regarding the same, Apparently after requesting multiple time, now they are kind of becoming rude saying you do what ever you wanted you are free to do so, and we will have our legal team also .So they given me a threat and challenge here, not expected this from a Customer Service Industry . Wanted to load more picture but limitation is only 2 may be next time .
They will also tell you refund policy is after 1st vacation but I don't believe their words, As I have complains from customers who have not received, And I don't want to fall further prey on their words, So summarizing I'am requesting for cancelling and refund on two grounds:
During Plan sell they say some thing and the made you sign something like in my case and my request of cancellation started from the Welcome call itself seeing disparity .
2.I have not signed any agreement mentioning the Breakfast .Breakfast charges not present in the agreement but they charge you for that . In their letter Head its written no other charges except AMC .
Now if they say that letter with the letter head is void and uncountable then its also unlawful .
when you calculate just take my example( 15K AMC+15 Breakfast+30K yearly avg membership from 85K)=60K for 7 days when you book from MMT or AGODA you get it in 31K+ Complimentary Breakfast.
