Pacl India — Claim application could not processed further because of declared yes for land allotment

Your application (PACL Certificate No. - number) could not be processed further as you have declared Yes for Land allotted field in the claim application.

This are the things shown while check for my refund status for PACL india.

kindly please help us with this issue cant able to edit the application or else give me a solution for this issue ASAP.
