Pacl India Limited — PACL India Limited not refunding the invested money after muturity and SEBI order

Dear Sir, my mother Bilchina Minz has invested 10000.00 on 26/11/2008 in PACL india limited. muturity amount is Rs 22807.00 and still we did not get the many back after SEBI order. Registration No - U[protected]. Bilchina Minz has expried and Emmanuel Tirkey is mentioned as nominee name in the PACL certificate. kindly help us to get the money back.
