PACL Limited — Request for help in geting my matured policy amount from PACL Ltd.

Dear Sir, I am customer in PACL Limited from more then 20 years, Sir my insurance has completed in December 2014, and my Branch was Siwan, Bihar. Now this branch is closed, So I am unable to submit my documents and get my payment. I Please tell me where i can submit my documents and get the matured payment.
